Insurance claim assistance

Concrete work (driveways, slabs, extensions)
Fence repair and installation
Outdoor living construction (patios, pergolas, kitchens)
Full residential and commercial remodeling
All services are subject to written agreements and project scope.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on initial inspections and may change based on project conditions
Final pricing will be outlined in a signed agreement
Additional work requires client approval
3. Insurance Claim Assistance
We assist with insurance claims but:
We do not guarantee claim approval
Final decisions are made by your insurance provider
Homeowners are responsible for understanding their policy
4. Payments
Payment terms will be defined in your contract
Late payments may result in project delays
Deposits may be required before work begins
5. Project Timelines
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, materials, or unforeseen conditions
We are not liable for delays outside of our control
6. Warranties
Workmanship warranties may be provided depending on the service
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials
Warranty details will be outlined in your contract
7. Property Access
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for work to be completed.
8. Liability
Le Construction is not responsible for:
Pre-existing structural issues
Hidden damage not visible during initial inspection
Delays caused by third parties or weather
9. Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be defined in your agreement
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage
10. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Misuse content or attempt unauthorized access
Submit false or misleading information
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Le Construction and may not be used without permission.
